Version 3.12 (final) - Patch 1

This patch for UnReal World RPG 3.12 (final) fixes the following:
-----------------------------------------------------------------

 - fixed: fireplace recognition failing in buildings located at
          the very edges of the zoomed-in area.

          This caused incorrect "This is not a heated room"
          notice to appear when trying to smoke fish or meat in
          such a location.

 - fixed: automatic item seletion mistakenly preferring knives
          over axes when felling small trees.

          Moreover the preferred tool for felling even the small
          trees has been changed to Woodman's axe instead of
          Handaxe. All the axes will do the trick pretty quickly
          even though the scale of efficiency still does exist 
          and is notified to the player character.

To use this patch you must have version 3.12 final (urw-3.12)
properly installed. Then extract contents of this patch archive
to your UrW installation folder overwriting the previous files and
you are good to go.
